Customs clearance and taxes

For any item received from abroad an import tax must be collected by Customs. Even if it does not systematically support all packages there are significant opportunities for your order to be intercepted by the customs and subject to taxation. 

However, in France for example, the import tax threshold is 45 € for an individual. (below the threshold => no tax).

We make sure that you can receive your order in the best conditions, reducing to the maximum this tax which includes VAT (20% in France), customs duties and handling fees (21 euros in France), calculated on the total price, port included.

In the case where the customs would ask you for an invoice, please inform us, we will send you the appropriate pro forma invoice corresponding to the price displayed on the parcel.
