There are two types of shipping: EMS (with tracking) or economy, also with tracking but without guarantee.

Shipments are generally made by EMS (Express Mail System), which is faster and cheaper than sending normal postal packages up to 14kg. Above 14kg, the standard postal rate becomes more advantageous (between 14 and 15kg the difference is only €3, but at 20kg it is already €19).

By EMS, the parcel takes between 3 and 4 days to reach its destination with tracking thanks to a number that we will send you by email once the shipment has been made.

We offer economy shipping with tracking for our items, but this does not include a guarantee. We cannot be held responsible if your package is not delivered.
